Blizzard Force is an Ice-themed dragon. It has light blue body, pale underside, blue spines on its back, with protruding spikes on its forearms, and a single horn. It has wings that appears to be made of ice, which it can flap forcefully; possibly the way it executes its signature trick Eternal Blizzard.
